Sarabell: somatic Educator~Facilitator~Mediator
About Me
Sarabell facilitates individuals and groups to access body wisdom, cultivate self-trust, unspin shame, discern desires, and expand access to pleasure and ease.
A Certified Somatic Sex Educator and Sexological Bodyworker, Sarabell supports clients in gaining somatic awareness and skills to help move through numbness, pain, and/or dissatisfaction in order to embody easeful curiosity, confident pleasure, and full sovereign sentient self. She coaches clients to find their voice, discover desires and boundaries, and integrate emotional intelligence with effective communication. A lifelong dancer and a yoga practitioner for 26 years, Sarabell's work is based on a foundation of movement and mindful embodiment as keys to self-regulation and insight. Interrupting internalized and systematic oppression is a strong component of Sarabell’s lens and practice, through her background in Theater of the Oppressed techniques. Trained also through Resolutions Northwest’s yearlong mediation training program, Sarabell serves community members, organizations, couples/moreples, all configurations of striving humans experiencing conflict. Her mentors and credentials also include training in Trauma-Informed Conflict Transformation (with Rain Crowe), Reiki, Grounding and Sacred Self-Care (with Oakry), Sexual Empowerment, Pleasure, Communication and Consent (with Teri Ciacchi, Betty Martin, Amy Jo Goddard, Eva Blake, and Captain Snowdon), Consensus Decision-Making, and Non-Violent Communication.
